You need to be more descriptive in the system prompt to explicitly tell the agent when and how to use the tools.

The same problem, but it is floating.
Most often, my agent works correctly and accesses the tool. But sometimes it happens that it does not use the tool. And does not give an answer to the user’s question. And in the execution history I see:
Is there a way to force the agent to use the tool every time he answers a question?
exactly that is too frustrating that the agent is just ignoring the tool after few messages.
