It seems that the issue might be related to your OpenAI developer account settings.

If your account has restrictions or if certain models haven’t been enabled for your API tier, they may not appear in the node.

I recommend checking your account’s API settings to verify that you have access to these models.

Note that, as of now, o3-mini and o3-mini-high may only be available to select users or specific subscription tiers.

o3-2025-04-16 it doesn’t display for me either. (1st level)
