is it because, I hosted n8n on railway and it’s intended for local?

Did you import an workflow? It maybe due to your current version, I would recommend updating to the latest, and using railway shouldn’t cause this issue as it should pull from Docker. But seeing as think is quite a new tools, am wondering if its because of the version.
Let me know if you still face this issue after updating.
Otherwise you can add manually
