Did you try setting the name of the custom status (with an expression) in the status field when updating an order?

My apologies for all the double messages. Here is the solution:

Woocomerce converts custom status with a special sound. To find this name, create an order on woocommerce with the status in question. Then under N8n load all orders you can find the name of the special status directly in the results
