I’m trying out n8n for the first time and it was going well but then noticed executions were happening for a node which didn’t exist (I saw it in executions but not in the editor) and when the workflow was inactive. There even seem to be additional executions after the workflow was deleted, which doesn’t make sense.
Is this a widely-experienced issue? I am concerned about not having control over executions. I’ve seen a few make reference to this.
(Select the nodes on your canvas and use the keyboard shortcuts CMD+C/CTRL+C and CMD+V/CTRL+V to copy and paste the workflow.)
