Workflow not working, can't turn off, can't save, can't delete

I am having trouble with a workflow that is stuck. I can’t delete anything, save anything, i can’t turn it off etc. Any tips? I get a 524 error and nothing else.
I am on a paid cloud hosting plan.

If you archive the Workflow and then filter on archived Workflow and then delete it completely

No. Archiving does not work. It either gives me a 524 or 502 error message and just does nothing.

Thanks for reporting this. A 524 error usually means the workflow is hanging and timing out at the server level. Since you’re on a paid cloud plan and can’t delete or disable it, I recommend reaching out to n8n Cloud support directly—they can force-stop or remove the stuck workflow from the backend.
