Hello All,
I have an email where me, and an auditor and a client present.
And a calendar event has been scheduled for a date and time.
There will be back and forth communication between auditor and client.
The possible cases are
- Client might ask to reschedule the appointment to some other day. Client can even propose a time.
- Now auditor can accept or propose some other time.
- Now again client can respond with something.
This kind of communication will be happening between client and auditor. Sometimes either of them can just reject the appointment.
All of this will be happening in a single thread.
I wan an workflow for this with AI agent to summarize all the messages from the thread in sorted order of sent, and make a proper decision to update calendar. and draft and send mails to others.
I need help with Workflow and prompt.
