Workflows not available for team member user

Describe the problem/error/question

When I add a new user to my n8n account, they can’t see the workflows that I’ve created in my account. I’m wondering about team scope and how to add team users who can edit workflows.

Specifically, my question is: How do I add team users so they can view and edit workflows?

What is the error message (if any)?

There’s no error message. The new user simply can’t see the workflows I’ve created.

Hi @rafo

This is not possible on the community edition.
You will need to get an enterprise license or use n8n cloud.
