I’m facing a critical issue and desperately need help:
Problem Summary
- Purchased: n8n Cloud Starter plan (November 14, 2025)
- Payment: €28.80 - SUCCESSFUL

- Receipt: 76410959-152614925
- Issue: “No active workspace” error on dashboard
- Duration: 17+ hours without resolution
What I See
The dashboard shows:
“No active workspace. You do not have an n8n workspace associated with your account. Set up a workspace to run in the cloud and execute workflows.”
But there is NO “Create Workspace” button anywhere.
What I’ve Already Tried
Cleared browser cache multiple times
Tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
Used magic link sign-in
Tried different devices
Logged out and back in
Waited for system to sync
Support Status
Support ticket T-21928 - Opened 17+ hours ago
ZERO response from support team
Reached out on X/Twitter - Still waiting
Now posting here as last resort
Background Context
The RabbitMQ incident was happening during my purchase window. Status page shows systems are now operational, but my workspace was never created.
It appears my Starter Plan workspace entitlement was not correctly assigned to my account ([email protected]) during the downtime.
My Questions
- Has anyone else experienced this issue after the RabbitMQ incident?
- How long did support take to resolve similar issues?
- Is there any way to escalate support tickets?
- Should I request a refund and try purchasing again?
Why This Is Urgent
I need n8n for critical business automation (e-commerce operations). Every hour of delay is costing me productivity and revenue.
This is extremely frustrating for a PAID service with NO support response after 17+ hours.
