Workspace offline (503) - n8n cloud

Hello,

My workspace pro cloud has been offline.
I’ve contacted support but the IA’s tips does not work.
This is becoming critical for my customers.

Please, help me

Hi, thank you for your response!

Only the chatbot responded to me; we’re still offline with customers calling me… This is the first time this has happened, and I don’t know what to do.

This is what you should do @Vailton_Renato Send an email to [email protected] and then you will receive an automated email from an agent. Reply back to it stating that you need to talk to a human and then tell the human the issues you are facing.

That’s exactly what I did, but unfortunately, there’s been no response yet. I’ve already tried the procedures described here in other threads, but my system has been offline for a few hours.

This should be a glitch.
