Would it be possible to use a form mid workflow?

Hi, I was thinking of a workflow idea, with a crude example being:

But I get into the problem that N8n’s form (as well as any other form nodes that I can find) only works as a trigger, which makes sense.
So my second thought was to have a second workflow with the Form trigger node, that when answered sends the information to the first, but then I don’t know how to send the form answers to the correct first workflow, like this:

Does anyone have any idea of how I could do something similar?

  • n8n version: 1.32.2
  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): own, main

You might need to update I’m not sure when it was added. I am on 1.36.1 and it’s built into the wait node!

I’m so thankful, it’s been a while since I made a new workflow from scratch and they must’ve added it since then, I had no idea :sweat_smile:
