Zendesk Trigger fails…

Describe the problem/error/question

The Zendesk OAuth connexion is successful, but when I execute step, it show me an error.

What is the error message (if any)?

”Problem running workflow

Your request is invalid or could not be processed by the service”
Details : “Zendesk Trigger: RecordInvalid“

Could be a configuration error. Zendesk is not something I have access to, so I cannot check myself. But can you give us a screenshot of how you set it up? then we can spot possible issues with how you setup the node.
