ZEP vector store internal error

this is my workflow and i am trying to send a pdf file to zep vector store(cloud) but it always shows “internal error” in zep node is there something missing?

Running n8n with the execution process [own(default), main]:own

Can you try to set up another workflow using the Zep node in another context, e.g. retrieving a document, just to see if you’d encounter the same error there.

Also, it would be really helpful if you could set up error logging on your hosted instance and share the error logs when this happens.

I dont know how to transfer documents to zep to retrieve it later in n8n as i am new to all this AI and n8n.
Is there a way you can help me set up.the same workflow but with pinecone rather that zep?

Whether you are using Zep or Pinecone, make sure your credentials are set correctly.
