Describe the problem/error/question

I often get workflows that get stuck, and can’t be canceled. If I press the stop button in this exucution overview, I get an error. See below.

What is the error message (if any)?

“Problem stopping execution
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘cancel’)”

What is going wrong and how can I stop this behavior?

  • Database (default: SQLite):

Hi @LinkedUp_Online :wave: Can you try updating to the latest version? Looking at this thread, it looks like we’ve put out a few fixes recently that should handle this:

Another user who was still encountering this had this resolved by updating to 1.38.0, so updating should be your first port of call here!

Had a similar problem and upgrading to 1.38 fixed it.
