2 n8n accounts i need to pay. CANCEL one please. πŸ™

I previously registered an account using my old Gmail email address, which I no longer have access to.
As a result, I created a new account with a different email address. However, I have now realized that there are two active subscriptions associated with my accounts.
The workspace name is:
boltsystemm.app.n8n.cloud . the link i always used to click (n8n.io - Workflow Automation)

Since I cannot access the old Gmail account anymore and I already have a new active account, I do not want to continue paying for two subscriptions.
I kindly ask you to cancel the subscription connected to the old account as soon as possible.

To cancel the old paid workspace you’ll need to contact the n8n team directly.

Please email [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Both email addresses (old Gmail and new one)
  • The workspace URL: boltsystemm.app.n8n.cloud
  • A short note that you want the old subscription canceled due to duplicate accounts

Account and subscription issues (refunds, access problems, workspace loss, deletions) are always handled by the support team via email or the contact form.

This is something only n8n’s team can handle, shoot an email to [email protected] with the workspace name and whatever billing info you have and they should be able to sort it out pretty quick.

  • Explanation that you have duplicate subscriptions
