Hello,
I am using n8n Cloud and I am being charged monthly (25.2 EUR), but I cannot access billing or subscription settings in my account.
I am unable to:
- find billing or subscription management in the UI
- cancel my subscription
- access cloud.n8n.io (login issues)
- contact support via account settings
The support form requires a company email, but I cannot find which company email is associated with my n8n Cloud account.
Please help me:
- identify the email linked to my n8n Cloud account
- cancel my subscription
- stop further charges

If you are being charged for n8n Cloud but cannot access billing, subscription settings, or cloud.n8n.io, this usually happens because:
- You are logging in with a different email than the one used to create the account, or
- The account was created using Google/GitHub SSO and a different login method is being used, or
- The workspace still exists and is active, but you no longer have UI access.
Billing and subscription management can only be handled through the n8n Cloud UI or by n8n Support. There is no external self-service cancellation.
How to identify the account email
- Search all possible inboxes for:
- “n8n Cloud”
- “Welcome to n8n”
- “n8n invoice”
- “Stripe receipt”
- The email receiving invoices is the billing email.
- Check your bank/card statement:
- Merchant: n8n GmbH
- Amount: 25.2 EUR
- Note the billing date (used by support to locate the account).
How to cancel and stop charges
Since Cloud UI access is unavailable, contact n8n Support directly.
- The “company email” field does not need to be a corporate domain.
- Use any email and explain that you do not know which email is linked to the account.
Provide to support:
- Billing amount: 25.2 EUR (monthly)
- Approximate subscription start date
- Possible emails used
- Confirmation that you cannot access cloud.n8n.io
- Explicit request to:
- Identify the account email
- Cancel the subscription
- Stop future charges
Last resort
If support is unreachable and charges continue:
- Contact your bank/card provider
- Dispute or block future charges from n8n GmbH
This stops billing but may permanently lock the account.
