Hi everyone,
While I was using the n8n Chat Builder and writing several messages in the chat, I suddenly received a 403 error with a Cloudflare page saying “Sorry, you have been blocked” and “You are unable to access n8n.io”.
I didn’t do anything special, just wrote multiple messages in the chat builder.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue or who I should contact?

This is a common Cloudflare security block that happens when you send too many requests quickly - in your case, multiple chat messages triggered their bot protection. The block is temporary and should clear automatically within 30-60 minutes.
To resolve this faster, try these steps:
• Clear your browser cache and cookies for n8n.io
• Try accessing n8n in an incognito/private browser window
• Avoid sending many messages rapidly in succession
If the block persists or keeps happening, you can contact n8n support with your Ray ID (99aecfe91d535d44) and ask them to whitelist your IP address.
