AI agent unable to help me reply email

Hi All
I am able to create an AI Agent for reply email using the OpenAI “when chat massage received” module.

Today when I try using Telegram Trigger . I manage to send an email to myself , but I can ask AI Agent to reply my email.

Hope some one can share with me where go wrong .

Remark :- I have credential set up for all module.

HI @Paul_Yeo

First you will have to create a " Get Email Module" and let main AI Agent take email data from it, then you will have to prompt the AI agent to send the message ID to reply email tool

this worked for me, let me know if you face any issues

Hi Sir

I have try your suggestion, I try to drag the massage ID icon to box . Still get the same error.

At telegram it reply below msg to me :-

It seems I can’t find the email thread to reply to. Please provide the message ID or ensure you’re in the correct email conversation.

Share your workflow once, let me check whats going wrong, also the message ID you have taken, it seems to be telegram message id and not email message id, please check that once

Thank you very much for answer to my post. Below screenshot is my work flow :-

While waiting for reply from community. I also try to ask AI , what is my wife email ? AI alway cannot tell me , the fact is in my contact database I have indicated my wife email. So I think the AI Agent the prompt I must specify go to database search for email when use ask you for email. So AI every time wake up , must do that . It is correct ?
As I remember I never write the prompt.
