Au AI Automation Engineer n8n (EU timezone overlap)

Hey everyone :waving_hand:

My name is Camelia and I am from a recruiting agency called Recrutopia. I found your community and I hope this message will be well received here because, we’re looking for someone who actually *enjoys* building automations — especially with **n8n + APIs + LLMs** — and knows how to make things run reliably in production.

The kind of work you’d be doing:

  • building real n8n workflows (not just demos)

  • connecting a bunch of tools and APIs together

  • playing with LLMs and turning experiments into something usable

  • creating different types of agents (chat / workflow / voice)

  • basically taking messy processes and making them run on their own

What matters most:

  • you’ve used n8n in real scenarios, not just tinkering

  • you can code when needed (JS/TS or Python)

  • you’re comfortable with APIs, webhooks, debugging stuff when it breaks

  • you care about things actually working (retries, edge cases, reliability, etc.)

  • you can understand how a business process works and translate it into automation

Big plus if you’ve been experimenting with AI/LLMs on your own time.

If this sounds like your kind of thing, drop a message or share what you’ve built
Here you can apply on LinkedIn if you are interested:

If you need I am available here:

I am one of top 50 verified template creators:

I am also capable of building custom community n8n node too:

  1. https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-pdfbro
  2. https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-ocrbro
  3. https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-ttsbro

Apart from that I’m also a full-stack developer with the right Gen AI experience, which makes me a solid plus for your team[but right now only vibecoding]

Check my recent gen ai projects… I built a native Android automation agent too. It’s worth a look:

I can build complex AI automations directly in code, not just inside n8n

I recently started posting my n8n work on YouTube with explanations:

You can schedule a quick call with me: N8N Project Consultation with Vaar | Iamvaar | Cal.com

Fun fact… I even made an n8n workflow to find a few n8n project leads for myself so I truly believe in what I do…

I started asking My recent clients for honest feedbacks so here is one testimonial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqBy3SVCHgQ&list=PLAJltY5bp6yiZ3sFBjm7bfrkLXSGtJX8m

Here is my linktree: iamvaar | X | Linktree

And I am also capable of building gohighlevel automations and other CRM’s too, here are my recent gohighlevel integrated automation videos:

  1. https://youtu.be/eZ3t7PfXFho
  2. https://youtu.be/nSJzOB9JZlY

And I also built low latency voice appointment scheduler with live ai avatar[in code]:

I built AI search visibility tracker[I am capable of building complex web scraping automations in python too]:

And done many other big projects too which are under NDA’s so technically I can’t reveal them.

Welcome to the community.

I came across your post for Recrutopia and immediately resonated with your emphasis on production-ready automation rather than fragile prototypes. That’s exactly the kind of systems I specialize in.

I’m an AI Automation Architect based in Nigeria (WAT timezone, aligned with EU working hours). I design and deploy autonomous systems using n8n, APIs, and LLMs to turn fragmented business operations into reliable, self-running workflows.

Here’s how my experience aligns with what you’re building:

1. Production-Grade n8n & LLM Systems

I don’t build demos—I build operational systems.

One example is an Autonomous Literary Architect I developed using n8n, Groq, Stability AI (SD3), and Airtable.
It automates metadata enrichment and visual asset generation end-to-end, transforming a highly manual creative workflow into a fully automated pipeline with consistent outputs.

2. Workflow & AI Agent Systems

I also build autonomous coordination agents, not just automations.

For example, I built a Remote Team Accountability & Recognition Engine integrating Jira, Discord, and Llama 3 via n8n.
The system tracks task progress and sends intelligent, contextual updates and coaching messages directly to team channels—reducing management overhead by 5+ hours weekly.

3. Reliability-First Engineering

In production environments, edge cases matter more than happy paths.

My approach includes:

  • Robust error handling and retry logic

  • Webhook failover mechanisms

  • LLM fallback strategies

  • Dedicated infrastructure setups (including static IP routing for stable API whitelisting)

When needed, I extend n8n with custom JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python services to remove platform limitations. In one case, I replaced a brittle Zapier setup with a fully controlled API + Google Apps Script + Twilio architecture to ensure reliability at scale.

What I would bring to your team

  • Translate complex manual processes into structured n8n architectures

  • Design resilient workflows that assume failure and recover automatically

  • Build AI-driven systems focused on measurable business outcomes, not just automation

I’d be happy to jump on a call, walk you through some of my actual architectures, and explore how I can contribute to Recrutopia.

Hi Camelia!

I’m Mikhail. I don’t just “build bots,” I build reliable backend infrastructure using n8n. I’m a developer (JS/Python), so I focus on systems that don’t crash when they hit an edge case or a messy API.

What I bring to the table:

  • Real Production: I’ve built “Content Factories” and lead-gen systems that handle thousands of runs. I know how to set up retries, error handling, and logging so the client doesn’t have to call me every morning.

  • Coding when nodes fail: I write custom JS/TS inside n8n whenever standard nodes aren’t enough.

  • AI for Business: I use LLMs as tools for logic and data extraction, not just for chat. I’ve worked with OpenAI, Kling, and various agentic frameworks.

  • Reliability: I care about things like PostgreSQL for event logging and keeping scenarios active 24/7.

One real project: I recently shipped a multi-agent system for a fintech client. It uses LLMs to classify incoming lead intent and automatically triggers personalized outreach via WhatsApp API.

I’ll also apply via LinkedIn, but feel free to reach out here if you want to see some of my logic under the hood.

Best, Mikhail

Hey Camelia,

Here’s a quick overview of what I bring to this kind of role:

n8n — production, not demos Built a full automated video production pipeline in n8n: topic input → Gemini scene prompts → kie.ai video generation (async polling loop) → Cloudinary for clip sequencing, audio overlay, and caption burning → Google Drive output. No code nodes — entirely HTTP Request, Set, and Edit Fields. Built a recruitment intelligence system pulling from Apollo, Proxycurl, and Crunchbase with lead scoring. Built multi-platform scrapers with deduplication logic across Reddit, Upwork, and Twitter/X.

Voice AI Built booking agents on Vapi + n8n + GoHighLevel with Google Calendar availability checking, WhatsApp confirmation sequences, and human fallback logic. End to end, no human in the loop.

LLMs in production Use Claude API regularly for structured output enforcement, lead qualification scoring, and email classification pipelines. Built relevance scorers that filter raw scraped profiles against keyword intent using JSON schema validation.

Stack comfort n8n, Vapi, GoHighLevel, Twilio, WhatsApp API, Claude API, OpenAI, Gemini, Qdrant, Ollama, Make, Zapier, Cloudinary, Supabase. Can code in JS when n8n nodes don’t cover the edge case — but I prefer keeping workflows maintainable without code dependencies.

Available for EU timezone overlap. Happy to share workflow screenshots or a Loom walkthrough.

Hi Camelia — n8n + AI automation is my main stack, and the EU/AU timezone setup actually fits well from IST: I get 4-5 hours of EU-business overlap and 3-4 hours of AU-morning overlap on the same workday. Async-friendly the rest of the time.

Recent relevant work:

  • Multi-agent orchestration platform in LangGraph (research → analysis → content → review specialized agents with shared state and human-in-the-loop checkpoints) — for tasks too complex for single-prompt agents.
  • WhatsApp AI chatbot with NLP-driven multi-turn flows + CRM sync.
  • Custom workflow automation engine (RFQ intake → data extraction → branded PDF → email dispatch + scheduled follow-ups).

A few qs that change scoping:

  1. Is this for your own product, agency client work, or internal ops?
  2. Stack you’re standardizing on (n8n core + which LLM provider + which database)?
  3. Project-based engagement or ongoing fractional retainer?
  4. Anchor categories of agents — sales / support / data / content?

Available 6-8 hrs/day. Email me at priyanshukumarmaurya2224@gmail.com and I’ll send a 1-pager + case studies. Typical agent-system builds in this category land at 3-5 weeks for v1.

Hi Camelia — this is the kind of n8n work I’m useful for: production workflows with APIs/LLMs, not demo chains that break as soon as volume or edge cases show up.

The strongest fit is turning experiments into maintainable systems: clear webhook contracts, JS/TS code nodes where the visual flow gets messy, retries/error branches, checkpointing/idempotency, basic observability, and handoff docs so the workflow can keep running after the first build.

I’m not going through LinkedIn here. If you want a clean first screen, send one representative workflow/problem and I’ll map the reliability/build path against it. DM me here and I’ll send GitHub/portfolio plus availability for an async trial.
