Aw, SNAP! Just like that, n8n is grumpy

Aw, SNAP page appearing.

I am not sure where to look to resolve this. I have n8n running in docker on Digital Ocean. The host system is a 2CPU, Premium Intel with 2GB RAM and 256GB disk.

The symptom it’s most consistant with is when loading a previous execution, it spins for a while, then the folder with a dead face pops. I think it’s a memory issue, but I can’t prove it looking at the graphs.

No error message from n8n. It just stops loading.

Hi @russellkg :wave: Sorry you’re running into this!

Would you have any server or n8n logs you could share that might help us dig deeper into the issue? Your logging level may need to be set to debug in order to be able to get the most out of the n8n logging :bowing_man:

Does this also happen in other browsers, too?

I will have to come back if it starts happening again. I removed the old executions from everything and turned off several as well. It seems more stable.
