Back up n8 workflows process error

Hello, I am setting up a workflow that can be found in the templates section. For some reason I am getting this error, 'The service refused the connection - perhaps it is offline.
I am also getting a Github create and Github edit error message.

I’ve added credentials. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

That error usually means you are trying to access the n8n API with the wrong port/url
