Best way to get leads from META?

Hello! I have seen that there is a direct extractor of leads from META: Facebook Lead Ads Trigger, but there is also Graph API, which I think can also extract leads

From what Im getting from online tutorials, this Facebook Lead Ads Trigger happens to pull leads from meta, but its credentials expire every 2 months. Which is not really optimal.

Is graph API better? Have you guys used it successfully to pull leads? I am also not clear which credentials and node I should use to pull leads using Graph API.

I would like to get them instantly or in the 1st 5 minutes or so to message them efficiently.

I would say I’m an informed begginer. I have built an app, and im using whatsapp api as we speak. I created credentials and activated Graph API but Im not sure what the best way to get the leads from META is. I want to integrate leads so that I can make the whole process as efficient as possible.
