Can't upgrade

My trial period has come to an end. I want to upgrade, but I get this spinning disc below 'Start’er and above ‘Select Plan.’ And I get this warning message, which I’m slightly concerned about: ‘Deletion in 1 day.’ due to the amount of work I’ve put into my current project. Thanks.
n8n version: n8n@2.13.4
Database (default: SQLite): supabase
n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): no idea.
Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): https://app.n8n.cloud/
Operating system: Windows 11 Pro

This is serious as the deletion period is almost a day ahead, for now please consider contacting the support team:

And in the mean time please download all of your workflows via:
Admin Dashboard → Manage → Export → Download Workflows
So that even if you lost your instance you still have a backup of your flows.

@kdlangford76 my article clearly states that, you have to contact them by drafting an email and then mail that to those support channels which you find suitable for your case.
