Version Upgrade failing on n8n Cloud

Describe the problem/error/question

I cannot upgrade my n8n version - my n8n version is saying there is a version upgrade but can I cannot upgrade anymore I have explained fully in this video - https://youtu.be/skthXgRL_Xs

Even with an older n8n version, it should still work
