I didn’t receive the activation key by email

Hi @Quantta_Solucoes_Cri Welcome!
Assuming this is the free Community edition key on a self-hosted instance, corporate and Outlook/Hotmail addresses tend to drop the license email, so nothing arrives and nothing lands in spam either. Request it again from the three-dot menu in the lower-left corner, Settings > Usage and plan > Unlock, using a plain Gmail address. It does not have to match the email you sign in to n8n with. Once the key arrives, activate it with the button in the email, or paste it under Usage and plan > Enter activation key.
If a Gmail address still gets nothing, email help@n8n.io so they can issue the key manually.

try re-registering with a gmail address from Settings → Usage and plan (3-dots in the lower-left). that usually goes through.
