I’ve already checked the search function and couldn’t find an answer related to my case, so I’m following the template below to provide the necessary details.
Describe the problem/error/question
For the past four months, we have been trying to get in touch with someone from the n8n team to move forward with the process of validating a node so it can become an official n8n node.
We have repeatedly contacted the official email address ([email protected]), but so far we have only received automated responses. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get any follow-up or direct response from a member of the team, which has completely blocked our progress in the validation process.
We understand and appreciate automation, but at this stage we need guidance or confirmation from a real person to know how to proceed and unblock this situation.
