This was delivered as expected, perhaps you can check your spam folders/quarantine filters if you can’t see the message?

So sorry @Jayanand_J - the team had a look into the course setup and noticed the Typeform webhook was disabled accidentally. It has since been re-enabled, can you re-submit the form and confirm if you’re still running into any issues here? Thank you!

Yes, we were having some issues with the instance that handles our courses earlier in the week. This has been resolved. Please sign up again and it’ll go through.

Hi, I’ve tried to sign up again and got below error message at the last step when trying to submit. I’ve re-tried a few time and kept getting the same error.
