I have registered myself for the level one course, however I did not receive my unique ID. I have raised a ticket as well. What else can I do for the same. Thank you team for your support.

I had a look through our email logs and could see the course message being re-sent today to the email you have registered here on the forum:
This was delivered as expected, perhaps you can check your spam folders/quarantine filters if you can’t see the message?

So sorry @Jayanand_J - the team had a look into the course setup and noticed the Typeform webhook was disabled accidentally. It has since been re-enabled, can you re-submit the form and confirm if you’re still running into any issues here? Thank you!

Hi @huangkai31, you’re quite right! I had a chat with the team and it seems this has also affected the level2 form.
This has also been rectified since and the outstanding message have been sent. Can you confirm this from your end?
