The unique ID for level 1 course have not been sent to my email

The confirmation email with unique ID for level 1 course was not sent to my email address after I finished filling out the sign-up form. I have tried several times but no email has been sent to me. After filling out the form, the following message was on the last page so I am sure that I have successfully filled in the form.

 You're all set to start your n8n journey! 🚀

We will send you a Unique ID to the email you specified. If you don't receive an email, please reach out to us via [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])"

As for my account status, my trial period is over and I am using n8n set up on local docker.

Does anyone have the same issue as mine?

I got response from n8n support team. They fixed the issue by 16th May 2025.

By submitting the entry form again, I got email with required course info.
