Some workflows aren’t saving any executions at all.
While I’m building a set of flows for a task, I will generally enable all saving to catch errors. After I release it to production, I dial it back.
About 2 months ago, I noticed a few flows weren’t saving any executions, regardless of the settings.
There’s no error message, just an empty spot with no executions.
Are the contents of the .env or docker environment overriding the settings menu?

- n8n version: 1.102.4
- Database (default: SQLite): PostgresQL 15
- n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): default
- Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker on Digital Ocean
- Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
