We are looking for an experienced freelancer or small agency to set up automations with n8n.
The main scope is to scrape approximately 50 fuel price values from 25 different websites (some weekly, some bi-weekly, some monthly). Data may be published directly on websites or embedded in Excel/PDF files etc.
Scraped data should first be stored in Excel files in a Nextcloud instance. We will then import them ourselves into MS SQL. Workflows must include error handling, duplicate checks, simple logic validations, and error notifications.
Requirements:
Extensive experience (> 2 years) with n8n (Cloud / Hosted)
Strong experience with web scraping (including Excel/PDF parsing)
Ability to create robust workflows (error handling, retry logic, alerts)
Documentation & short training for our team
