The final price depends on the workflow complexity, number of integrations, required features, testing, infrastructure and delivery requirements.
One-time projects are paid separately and do not require a monthly subscription.
Optional Ongoing Partnership:
After completing the initial project, clients may choose to continue with H3RO Automation through an optional monthly partnership plan.
This plan is designed for clients who want continuous technical support, maintenance and improvements without needing to hire a new developer for every small issue or adjustment.
The monthly partnership plan can include:
• Workflow monitoring
• Bug fixes
• Maintenance and troubleshooting
• AI prompt adjustments
• Workflow improvements
• Integration updates
• Performance checks
• Error investigation
• Technical support
• Small ongoing changes
• Help with future automation needs
Monthly partnership plans start at $350 per month. The exact monthly price depends on the number of workflows, integrations, support requirements and expected workload.
The monthly plan is optional. Clients who only need a single automation can complete the project without maintaining a monthly partnership.
All workflows can be deployed on the client’s own n8n instance, allowing the client to keep control of the account, credentials and workflow files.
I work remotely and communicate exclusively through written messages. No phone calls or video meetings are required. Requirements, questions, progress updates, approvals and delivery can all be handled through chat.
Payment can be arranged through PayPal, subject to availability, or another mutually agreed payment method. Larger projects may require an initial deposit before development begins. The exact payment terms will be agreed upon before work starts.
