Automation Engineer (Karachi, Hybrid)

Office: BRR Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road (3 days/week)

Salary: 200k–250k PKR + performance bonus (up to 50k)

Hours: 6pm–2am PKT

Education budget: 250k PKR/year

We’re Scaletopia, a high-volume outbound lead gen agency (cold email + SMS). We’re hiring an Automation Engineer to build internal systems that remove bottlenecks, reduce manual work, and keep operations running clean at scale.

What we need:

  • Strong n8n + make.com experience

  • Strong API/webhook integration skills

  • Comfortable building with Cursor / Claude Code (LLM-assisted)

  • Strong English communication + documentation (Loom/SOP/flowcharts)

  • Based in Karachi and available hybrid
