Wir suchen in Berlin einen AI & Full Stack Engineer. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns ein AI-first System, das wie ein Betriebssystem unsere gesamte Organisation antreibt.

Systemarchitektur & Ownership

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das technische System (Frontend, Backend, Workflows, Datenstruktur, Schnittstellen, Compliance).

  • Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Architektur basierend auf Supabase, n8n, Make, Vercel, Perplexity, Azure OpenAI.

Frontend-Entwicklung (Next.js, React)

  • Ausbau eines modularen internen Frontends.

  • Entwicklung KI-gestützter Interfaces für alle Stakeholder.

Agenten- und Workflow-Backend

  • Entwicklung und Betrieb von KI-Agenten (Research, Content Processing, Clipping-Auswertung).

  • Aufbau stabiler, skalierbarer Automations- und Orchestrierungsprozesse (n8n, Make).

  • API-Management inkl. Systemanbindungen (HubSpot, Slack, Google, interne Tools), Monitoring und Error-Handling.

Datenmanagement

  • Aufbau und Pflege einer Supabase-Architektur.

  • Modellierung relationaler Datenbanken und Vektor-Datenbanken.

  • Sicheres Verbinden aller Datenschichten mit Frontends, Agenten und Automationen.

Was wir suchen

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Full-Stack-Entwicklung oder vergleichbaren Rollen (tiefes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung)

  • Tech Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Claude Code (mit Offenheit für Cursor)

  • AI & Automation: Praktische (auch außerberufliche) Erfahrung mit LLMs, Vektordatenbanken, Workflow-Orchestration, Azure/OpenAI API

  • Datenkompetenz: Sicher in SQL, API Design, Schema-Design, Edge Functions, Query Optimization

  • Sprache: Deutsch fließend (C1)

  • Mindset: Ownership, pragmatisch, systemisch denkend, strukturiert, neugierig, DevOps: ”You build it, you run it"
