How can I update n8n from digitalocean

Hello, I installed n8n in digital ocean using docker and I’d like to know how can I update it. Do I have to use the console from digital ocean? Than you!

LOL, i think I lost my n8n login inside Digitalocean. It asks me “n8n login:” when I launch the control and I have no idea witch user or pass I put… is there any way to reset it?
