How can I work on Log Streaming [Open Source Contribution]?

Hi Team,
I was looking to work on one of the open issue : Log Streaming mismatch in Vector.dev: Issue with log streaming and vector (as a syslog server) · Issue #20577 · n8n-io/n8n · GitHub

However, turns out Log Streaming is an enterprise feature. Is there any way to work on it during development?
