How N8N bundles data between nodes?

Hi everyone! I am coming from Integromat, and I have some hard time figuring how “bundles” work in n8n. How data from different nodes are connected and referred together. I have already done some of the trainings and created some automations. Can any recommend a course / documentation that covers how bundles work in n8n?
