How to create a chatbot so that Human Support replies and response goes back the end user

I have been battling with how to create a chatbot with a Human support so that when Human agent responds, the response goes back to the user, Then when human agent is done, the chatbot can continue with the chat. I will really appreciate if someone can help me with this. A video about this will be greatly appreciated too.

Yes, am building it myself. I’m connecting from flowise into n8n.

HI @Jesse_Chimeez , I am looking for this solution too. Did you manage to solve this. I was able to send one way means when user ask for human agent the the Ai Agnet transfer to Telegram. But I am unable to send message from Telegram to the User Chat Widget.

Please let me know if you got any way out of this. Thanks.
