I can't upgrade my user plan

Help me my g’s. I’ve been tryin to upgrade my plan on n8n for the past 3 days But I keep getting this error,
error code: E-403. I haven’t received any help yet. I beg homies help a brother out.

Let me explain the issue in detail. I logged into my n8n account and, since my free trial had ended, I wanted to upgrade to the Starter Plan so I could continue using my automation workflows.

While I was in the n8n workspace, I was prompted to upgrade my plan. I was redirected to the plans page, but the pricing information never loaded—it just showed a continuous loading animation where the plan costs are supposed to appear.

I waited for a few seconds, but nothing changed. I then clicked the Select Plan button under the Starter Plan, and that’s when I received the E-403 error, which advised me to contact support.

To troubleshoot, I tried the process again from the beginning, this time waiting a full 5 minutes for the loading to complete. Unfortunately, the issue persisted and I received the same error. I even tried accessing it from my home PC, but still experienced the same problem.

I’m honestly not sure what’s causing the issue—it’s pretty strange. I’d appreciate any help you can offer.

i’m just a simple user trying to be useful.

What I can tell you is that when I had problems with billing I wrote to [email protected] because they handle all payments for n8n subscriptions.

You could also check the problem with them and see if it’s a problem on their side.
It will probably not lead to anything but it is an attempt to be made.
