I want an AI Agent to communicate with a user via Telegram

In my current project, I want to give an AI agent the ability to interact with the user, so I have already added the Telegram bot as a tool. However, I haven’t been able to get the AI to communicate with the user via Telegram so far. What settings do I need to configure for Telegram as a tool to enable the model to send messages?
