when I follow the FALSE path of an IF node I cannot get any expression data prior to that node, when I follow the TRUE path I can

What is the error message (if any)?

I have just tried to reproduce this using the workflow below but for me it is working as expected, Would you be able to share the full workflow which should give us a better idea of what is going on.
