Level 1 Certification Badge Missing

Hi I completed my level one certification last week.I received the email notification from n8n but the certification badge is missing from my community profile. Can someone help sync my profile? email: [email protected], username: Manish_J

Hi @Manish_J i have verified your unique_id and it seems you have already completed the course and if you have entered the correct community username in the test your badge would soon arrive and would be visible here:

Hi Anshul. Thanks for your response. I completed the course on 15th March. When I created my community profile, I accidentally used a different username than the one I used for the course. However now I have fixed it. Will that fix the issue?

@Manish_J It will work just retake the test and make sure to enter your correct community username, although i can see your badge shining on your profile so! Congrats!

Hi Anshul, I have the same problem, I completetd the test but didn’t get my badge. Just retook it with the correct Profil ID but now I didn’t even get confirmation via mail. My profil id is: 6c57d24aed6960a6913dadfd5192f930
Would appreciate if you could look into that!

hi @Jasper_G i see you have completed the level 1 course successfully, although i would request you to retake the test with the same name as the community username and then try the test and that would work.

Hey thanks for the reply, that username would be Jasper_G in my case right? Or am I missing something here? Because that didn’t work

You are correct @Jasper_G that should be the right community username you should be entering in the test also make sure you are adding the right email address as well, and then retake the test and let me know if the issue persists.

It doensn’t work unfortunately, so the thing is I used another Mail Address for the course than i use here in the forum, might that be an issue? I tried the course with both mail addreesses now but still doens’t work. Also I don’t even get the cnofirmation mails anymore
