Hi Peter-John — I can help if you want this built as a real workflow rather than a vague “AI video bot.”

The first thing I’d clarify is the exact pipeline:

  • input source: topic, YouTube URL, competitor channel, or Google Sheet row
  • script/rewrite step
  • asset generation or handoff to a video tool
  • human approval before publishing
  • scheduling/logging so you know what was created and posted

For a safe first paid slice, I would build one narrow workflow: Google Sheet row → script outline/rewrite → status fields → approval step → exported assets/links back to the Sheet. Once that works, video generation and posting can be added without turning it into a fragile giant workflow.

Hi Peter-John — happy to build this. Most n8n YouTube builds are one of two shapes, so to scope it fast:

  1. A faceless / AI content pipeline: script (LLM) → voiceover (TTS) → visuals (stock or image-gen) → assemble (Creatomate / Shotstack / ffmpeg) → auto-upload to YouTube with title, description, tags, thumbnail, on a schedule.
  2. Automating uploads / metadata / community around videos you already produce.
