The idea is:
This improvement would allow the human-in-the-loop workflow to send to a Channel. Currently, it only allows you to send to an individual or group chat, but the feature request would also allow you to create a message in a Teams Channel that the requested account has access to. (Resource: Chat Message → Operation: Send and Wait for Response).
My use case:
When a human is needed, I want anyone from my team to be able to approve it without needing to open up a separate group chat.
I think it would be beneficial to add this because:
The Microsoft Teams human-in-the-loop workflow doesn’t allow you to send an approval request to a Channel, but it does let you send to a chat involving multiple people. If you are working with a Team, it would be beneficial to allow any team member with permission to that Teams Channel to approve the workflow.
