I seem to be missing my AI credits after payment for a new month any help with this please?

Could you please confirm in the usage/billing dashboard if the payment was actually processed, if you’ve reached your usage quota for your billing cycle, or if there was an effective renewal of the monthly cycle? After these checks, if you really believe everything is correct on your end and the issue is the credit allocation, do as Kjooleng did.
