Monthy Limit overage on Self Hosted Business Plan

Describe the problem/error/question

we have a self hosted Business Plan with a limit of 40k Records. Due to a lack of observility on my part and some large business growth. We hit our limit by 180% and did 72k exacutions instead of the 40k. Now, they send the message but no heads up to what that could mean. What if any will happen. How should I prepare. It kept going so I am assuming it will bill more? No idea

Choosing the 100k tier may be a better choice as 75k will be too close for comfort

Hi @JoshuaS, the Business overage rate in that FAQ is €4,000 per additional 300,000-execution bucket. It isn’t a per-execution charge for just the extra 32k.

Send Sales the usage notice and ask them to confirm what is billable on your subscription and whether upgrading now covers those executions or only future usage. If you’re on an annual subscription, confirm the quota period too. The FAQ refers to an annual quota for annual Business plans, so I wouldn’t calculate an invoice from the monthly figure alone.
