My n8n free trial is not starting up. It keeps saying it's in progress

Describe the problem/error/question

I’m trying to use my free trial, but it said that it is just in progress without loading for probably the last eight hours. I’ve already tried re-logging in and it doesn’t help.
A notable detail is that if I try to sign in normally, it says my account doesn’t exist. I have to go through the admin panel and send a verification email for it to acknowledge that my account exists and to log in again.

  • n8n version: n8n@2.22.4-exp.0
  • Running n8n via n8n cloud(?), whatever just the website is
  • Operating system: MacOS

@WuOk , something is broken on n8n’s end, not yours. Your account is “glitched”—which is why it says you don’t exist—and your trial hasn’t actually started because their server is stuck. Since the problem is inside their system, there is nothing you can do to fix it yourself. Your only option is to email help@n8n.io and tell them your account is stuck so they can flip the switch and fix it for you.
