We are looking for a talented n8n Automation Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis to help us design and implement automated workflows that streamline Sales and Account Management operations within the food delivery industry.
You will be working closely with our business and technical teams to identify manual processes and turn them into scalable, automated flows using n8n, APIs, and integrations with third-party tools.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement n8n workflows to automate routine tasks in sales and account management
• Integrate n8n with CRMs, communication tools, reporting platforms, and internal systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational pain points
• Support the internal team in learning and maintaining n8n workflows
• Optimize existing automations for reliability and performance
• Maintain clear documentation of all workflows and processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience with n8n.io (or similar no-code/low-code automation tools)
• Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks
• Familiarity with sales/account workflows and SaaS tools (e.g. HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team
• Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Bonus:
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python
• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, etc.)
Duration:
3+ months with the possibility of extension
