It seems that a bug appears. I am on n8n cloud. 2.1.2 . When trying to connect google stuff by creating credentials. It seems that no OAuth redirect url appears. Therefore I can’t connect anything into google console. I have tried everything and looked everywhere. No solutions.
This looks like you already did set up an account where you copied the redirect URL. if you try to create a NEW credential do you also have this issue? Like when you don’t select an existing account but “create new credential”?
Ok so they changed how it works in self hosted vs cloud:
on self hosted, there is still the URL, but on cloud you no longer need it, there you just click the button sign in with google and if you have completed the other steps (setting up the oAuth consent screen etc).
You still need to do all the steps of setting up the consent screen etc, but then you no longer need this redirect URL if you’re on the cloud plan:
When I click on “Sign-in with Google”, this error is showing. I have tried almost everything. It is not happening on my other n8n instances with the same email. It’s only happening in this instance. I am trying to connect google sheets. Please someone suggest whats the solution or what needs to be done. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a backend issue?
I am exactly where you are. I did all the type of configurations and confirmed everything is done accurately and I get the same error message as you. I hope this will be fixed shortly.
BTW. I even tried the ‘service account’ solutions suggested above.
Thanks everyone for trying to help
