Never received purchase template

I made a purcahse for a template . It only took my name and credit card and no email. I was left with nothing. How do I get my template . I was not even logged in buying the template. Which is insane

N8n may help, just depends how you paid I guess hope u get it sorted

FYI i paid and still received nothing. DONT MAKE ANY PURCHASES ON THEIR TEMPLATE MARKET!

I bought from the same seller and never recieved a template. I had no idea the n8n template site wasnt something that was n8n official. Nothing mentions you are being processed by a third party.

Its a really stupid way to set something up that facilitates scamming.

If you see “wikibox ltd” on your purchase screen, run away.

Im going to post about this everywhere I can.

ALSO - this user used to be named Ayyoub Tigami but the old workflows from their name have disappeared (aside from one lasting google search result that brings you to a n8n 404)

Theyre just going to change their name again, make a new account, and scam more people.

Hi, the company has been dissolved some months ago. Imho, the template site should only provide free as-is templates for educational purposes, as is the case for the as-is, best effort community support. Uncontrolled templates and jobs sections are just disasters waiting to happen.

This setup is unforgivably poor.

I am a creator and have just received notification from a buyer for a template I’ve created that they haven’t received it which is frustrating for both buyer and seller.

Do marketplace buyers not receive the option to download their template on completing a purchase?
