Need an Operations / PM to keep our delivery, onboarding and team coordination tight as we scale.

Quick context

Fast growing AI startup. Small team. Big mission. We move fast and need someone who keeps the work coordinated without slowing the team. We welcome applicants from this community ready to build the next chapter with us.

What you will own

Operational workflows for product delivery and customer onboarding. Team coordination across async pods. Process docs, systems audits and implementation plans. Tooling in Notion, Airtable and ClickUp.

Must haves

3 plus years in startup operations or project management. Notion, Airtable and ClickUp proficiency. Strong written communication. Self direction in a remote async team.

Schedule

Full time, remote, async friendly. 30 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation

55,000 to 70,000 USD per year.
